HEALING

“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.” ~ Jeremiah 17:14(NIV)

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well- 3 John 1:2(NIV)

Wealth without good health is hardly anyone’s idea of a good life. Perhaps you’ve spent the last few years visiting the best doctors in town only to be told that there’s no cure. Or maybe you’re just unwell. There’s someone who can help, and His name is Jesus. He can and will heal you if you reach out to Him in faith, and above all, it’s free!

Jesus already paid the price for our healing with His blood. All we have to do is to reach out to Him in faith.

The woman with the issue of blood in Mark chapter 5 had tried everything to get well but only grew worse. Then she heard about Jesus and made up her mind to reach out to Him in faith. She made her way through the crowd when Jesus came to town and somehow managed to touch the hem of his garment and there and then received her healing. Jesus told her that her faith had made her whole.

And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. Mark 5: 34(KJV)

If you believe that Jesus can make you whole, He will. Just reach out to Him in faith by saying the prayers below.

Dear Lord, I believe you can heal me and will heal me. I, therefore, reach out to you in faith for my healing. Thank you for bearing my sins on your body on the cross, and I declare by faith according to your word that I am healed. I close any door I may have opened to the enemy unconsciously through my words and confess now that I’m healed in Jesus’ name. Your word says healing is the children’s bread. I am your child, Lord, and therefore take hold of the covenant of healing. I confess that by the stripes of Jesus, I’m healed and made whole. Thank you, father, for the wisdom to eat right, sleep well and take good care of my body to speed up the recovery process. Thank you, father, for my healing. I confess now that I’m made whole in Jesus’ name.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” – Mark 11:24 (NIV)

Please note that you need to believe and act on God’s word to receive your healing.

Here are a few scriptures to meditate on as you continue to stand on the word of God for your healing.

And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. James 5:15(KJV)

Who his own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. 1 Pet 2: 24(KJV)

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes, we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 (KJV)

“But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.” — Malachi 4:2 (NIV)

“But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD…” — Jeremiah 30:17(NIV)

And the people all tried to touch him, because power was coming from him and healing them all— Luke 6:19 (NIV)

Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.” —Psalm 30: 2(NIV)

This also shall be your testimony in Jesus’ name. Amen!
